Abstract: This is the second in a series of reports describing the results of studies to determine the location of sources of harmful interference to the HF broadcasting services. Using observations recorded during the January 1986 monitoring program conducted by the International Frequency Registration Board, the report describes procedures used to analyze the data, amplifiers studies of earlier monitoring programs, identifies frequently observed emitters of harmful interference, and notes the extent of such interference to programs of leading international broadcast organizations.
