Abstract: This is a final report that describes a project to analyze and evaluate multipath static and dynamic statistics of data recorded in severe ducting and refraction environments. The results shown here were derived by numerical analysis from experimental data gathered in 1984. Some of the results presented here are new and have not been published before. If severe enough, these dynamic multipath effects are vital for protection methods such as equalization of wideband digital radio. Various cross-sections of analysis schemes are presented together with results and discussion.
