Abstract: This manual describes the functions of the TRAMCON (TRAnsmission Monitor and CONtrol) On#8211;Line software and the steps necessary to maintain the software. This document emphasizes the software semantics rather than the syntax. The structure of the software is described and the design, and development strategies used in the creation of the software is explained. This manual is intended to provide assistance to experienced programmers who want to change or enhance the TRAMCON On–Line software.
