Abstract:

The Office of Telecommunications "Telecommunications for Government" conference provides a forum for discussion of selected telecommunications applied research/engineering efforts by representatives of Government Agencies. This third conference focused on an overview of technical studies underway in the five Working Groups of the Technical Subcommittee of the Interdepartmental Radio Advisory Committee "IRAC."
