Design and Error Analysis for the WR10 Thermal Noise Standard

Abstract: This note describes the design and error analysis of a WR10 thermal noise power standard. This standard is designed to operate at the boiling point of liquid nitrogen with a noise temperature output accurate to ± 1 K.
