Abstract:

This report presents a bibliography, categorized by region, of some recent work on the high-latitude ionosphere. It contains a brief introduction to the characteristics of the ionosphere at high latitudes, and a synopsis of a few articles. The approach has been to identify work useful to radio propagation researchers.
