Abstract:
This memorandum documents a video quality subjective test conducted by NTIA–ITS in support of the ITU-T Study Group 12 Question 19 validation of no reference (NR) metrics from 2025 to 2026. This dataset focuses on the public safety use case and is named JNR-ITSps. ITU-T Rec. J.344 refers to this dataset as Track 2-2.
