IORS Virtual Meeting Etiquette

Our goal is to allow for a collaborative and safe environment where everyone can participate and share their views.

  • Mute if you are not speaking.
  • Raise hand icon if you want to speak.
  • Use hand clap and thumbs up to support a viewpoint.

We want to forge relationships and build an international community of Open RAN practice. When you start speaking:

  • Turn on your camera — non-verbal cues greatly help communication.
  • Introduce yourself — name and organization.
  • Share your thoughts in under two minutes.

Use the chat function to:

  • Post your thoughts.
  • Share links to web resources.
  • Note topics that are important but not relevant to the agenda.
  • View the meeting agenda and slides — the meeting organizers will post links.
